3.12.6.1. Usage

miitool [-vsr]

3.12.6.2. Synopsis

This utility checks or sets the status of a network interface's
Media Independent Interface (MII) unit as well as allowing to
register dummy PHY devices for raw MDIO access. Most fast ethernet
adapters use an MII to autonegotiate link speed and duplex setting.

When run without options, shows status of all PHYs.
